A good sprinkler system comes down to design. Heads spaced right, zones matched to water pressure, drip where drip belongs. Get that wrong and you spend years fighting dry strips and soggy corners. Get it right and the lawn just gets watered.
We design and install complete systems: trenching, pipe, valves, heads, wiring, and the controller. Rylan quotes the whole job up front, and that’s the price. When it’s done, we run every zone with you and program the controller so it’s watering correctly from day one.
We also expand and rework existing systems — adding a zone for a new garden, converting spray heads to drip in the beds, or replacing a system that was put in badly the first time.

Depends on your water pressure, lawn size, and whether you have beds or a garden on drip. Rylan figures the zone count during the walkthrough — that's part of the design, not a guess.
Yes. Drip zones for beds, trees, and gardens are a normal part of a new install, and they can be added to an existing system too.
Trenching leaves marks, but they're narrow and the lawn closes over them within a few weeks. We clean up as we go.
