Landscape Installation
New sod is the fastest way to go from dirt — or from a lawn too far gone to save — to a real lawn. The catch is that sod only takes if the ground under it is right. Grading, soil prep, and the first month of watering decide everything.
We handle the whole job: tear-out of the old surface, grading, soil prep, fresh sod laid tight, and a watering schedule set on your controller before we leave. If the sprinkler system needs adjusting to cover the new lawn, we do that too — it’s the same crew.
Mulch is the finish work for your beds. A proper layer holds moisture, knocks down weeds, and makes the whole yard look kept. We install new mulch and refresh tired beds, usually alongside a cleanup or planting work.
Takes about a minute. Rylan will call or text you back, usually the same day.

How It Works
FAQs
Almost always one of two things — bad ground prep or bad watering in the first month. Sod laid over hard, unprepped dirt can't root. We prep the ground properly and set your watering schedule before we leave.
Spring through fall. Sod can go down almost any time the ground isn't frozen, but spring and early fall root fastest here.
Sod costs more and gives you a lawn now. Seed costs less and takes a season, with more babysitting. For most Cache Valley yards with kids, dogs, or a deadline, sod wins.
A top-up every year or two keeps beds looking sharp and keeps the weed-blocking depth. We can do it as a standalone visit or with a spring cleanup.
